Energy Assessments
We offer Department of Energy recognized energy audits to assess your home’s construction materials, insulation levels, HVAC systems, lighting fixtures, and appliances. These assessments can also include energy system modeling and life cycle cost analysis to determine savings opportunities.
Residential Clean Energy Tax Credit (25C/25D)
25C provides homeowners an annual 30% tax credit up to $3,200 for heat pumps, heat pump water heaters, electric panel upgrades, weatherization measures, and energy audits. 25D provides an uncapped 30% tax credit for rooftop solar, battery storage, and geothermal heating.
